Frequently Asked Questions

We do not use the Lavinia Group curriculum. Where and when should we attend the required assessment training?

Even if your program does not use the Lavinia Group curriculum, it is still essential that leaders and teachers attend the required assessment training. These trainings are linked below:

How do I access my organization's Google Drive folder?

If you are a primary contact for your organization, you should receive an email from LinkIt with a link to the Google Drive folder. Primary contacts should use their discretion when sharing the folder with other team members.

If you received the folder but are unable to access it, confirm that you are logged in to the Google account associated with your RISE registration. If your organization email is not compatible with Google, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and the LinkIt team will assist you.

What are the rostering options and how do I know which one to use?

There are three ways to roster staff and students for RISE:

Not sure which option fits your organization? Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll help you figure it out.

I completed my organization’s rosters. How do I submit them?

After generating roster files for your organization’s summer program, complete the Customer Support Form at the bottom of this page to let us know that your rosters are ready for review.

You will receive an automated email response from riseticketing@linkit.com if your form submission was successful.

When will I get access to my organization's LinkIt platform?

Access to LinkIt is dependent on roster completion. The LinkIt team will provide you with temporary login credentials once rosters have been created in LinkIt, typically two or three days after submission.

How do we log in to LinkIt?

Site leaders and teachers will log in at your school's unique RISE URL (e.g., rise#####.linkit.com), using the credentials provided by your rostering leader or site leader. If you forget your password, enter your username under the Forgot Password? dropdown to get a password reset email.

Students will not need to log in to LinkIt directly. Students testing online will navigate to test.linkit.com, enter the online testing assignment code provided by their teacher, and select their name from the dropdown list. If your site has assignment passwords enabled, students will enter their local ID after selecting their name.

Still having trouble logging in? Fill out the customer support form at the bottom of this page.

How do I add or remove students after my organization's rosters have been submitted?

If you are rostered via Manual CSV, rostering or site leaders may add and remove students directly in LinkIt. See the Roster Maintenance section of the Site Leader Resources for more details. Significant roster updates, including larger student or class additions, can be added directly to your rostering spreadsheet. Fill out the form on this page to ensure our team is notified to make the changes.

If you are rostered via PowerSchool OneRoster, re-export your files and upload the updated versions to your SFTP folder. Your changes will be reflected in LinkIt after the next nightly sync. If you need to add or remove only a small number of students, you can also do it directly in LinkIt. See the Roster Maintenance section of the Leader Implementation Resources for more details.

Insights From Our Customers...

“LinkIt! has completely transformed how we approach data-driven decision-making. The platform’s ease of use empowers teachers to dive deeply into student performance data without feeling overwhelmed. From creating, administering, and analyzing assessments to monitoring progress across grade levels, the tools are intuitive and efficient. One of the features we rely on most is the Navigator reports, which provide actionable insights at a glance.”

Zeke Alejandro

Director of Data & Analytics
Centennial Academy

“Schools and students are like mosaics. From a distance you can see the overall image, but it’s not until you’re up close that you can see the little pieces. Those pieces are data points – measures of skills and knowledge made visible through assessment. We analyze loads of data through LinkIt! We do our benchmarks, look at the state testing data, and take a close look at subgroups. We also survey teachers so there’s anecdotal evidence with their points of view.”

Dr. George J. Solter Jr.

Superintendent
North Bergen School District

“The LinkIt! team has been very involved in our growth. It is invaluable to be able to look at the data, which is easy to read, and identify the skills and standards that each individual student needs help with. LinkIt! has also validated many of the programs and teaching practices that we have. We go back to the data and see what works.”

John Capuano

Principal
East Amwell School District

LinkIt! offers the most robust data analytics of any software on the market. It is uniquely positioned to assist in tracking student progress and helping to make decisions about all aspects of the instructional program. We use LinkIt's reporting features at a variety of levels: at the individual student level for placement decisions and RTI; at the teaching-team level for PLC work; and at the grade/cohort level to identify any gaps in the curriculum. As such, the product is significantly more robust than our previous data management and analytics solution.”

Director of Curriculum, Instruction, & Human Resources Barnegat Township School District
