From identifying students in need of intervention or enrichment, to coordinating and tracking intervention efforts, MTSS programs are designed to make sure every student gets the support they need to reach their full potential. LinkIt! wants to make sure that educators get the support they need, too. LinkIt! is hosting a 3-part webinar series, hosted by LinkIt’s resident MTSS expert Dr. Christie Schutz Vincelli, designed to help you learn and maintain best practice.
Quantifying social-emotional learning and behavior is no easy task. In fact, it is one of the most important yet complex areas which can inhibit student learning. Remember, a student in need of Tier 3, would also require some small group intervention at Tier 2. This workshop will focus on developing quantitative intervention plans that include multiple tiers for students in need of behavior/SEL intervention.
It goes without saying designing MTSS/RTI systems at the secondary level poses a unique challenge with the varied structures of middle, junior, and high schools. This session will address how to develop cross-departmental data teams at the secondary level, how to structure Tier 1 targeted areas between departments, and best practices for MTSS implementation at the secondary level. Join us to learn tips and tricks to explore all the opportunities MTSS/RTI offers for secondary students.
After the fall universal screening cycle, intervention teams have many data points to triangulate to determine how to provide services to students who are in need of specific interventions. Join this webinar to learn more about how grouping can triangulate and weight your selected data points and group students based on specific areas of need quickly and efficiently.
